DEPOSITS DURING LOCKDOWN
Whilst we navigate our way through the roadmap out of lockdown we have adapted our terms and conditions to give guests more flexibility. We are currently hoping to open on May 17th however until we have more certainty regarding opening we are not taking a deposit at the time of booking. Once opening dates are fully confirmed we will then take a deposit equalling one nights stay as per our usual policy, all guests who have bookings secured will be contacted prior to the deposit being taken. To give all guests peace of mind when making a booking we guarantee to offer either a refund or alternative dates within a 12 month period should we be subject to further national or local lockdown restrictions.
More than 30 days - loss of deposit
14 to 30 days – 50% of total cost of stay
13 days or less– total cost of stay
Your debit/credit card details will be securely held and in the event of cancellation or non-arrival, your card will be debited to the value of the outstanding amount. You are advised to consider suitable holiday insurance.
We accept payment by cash, debit card and credit card. We are unable to accept cheques.
Children are welcome and we have a lovely, large family room with double bed and up to two single beds.
Please contact us direct for our discounted child rates (up to age 14 years), when sharing the family room. We do have a travel cot available for those under two, where no charge is made.
